Obtain and review condo and PUD documentation, submitting complete loan packages for approval
Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing
Monitor and verify that all underwriting conditions are cleared by the underwriter

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of loan industry experience preferred
Experience processing Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
