Maintain condo documentation and requirements as dictated by agencies and investors
Order and obtain required condominium documentation and communicate with relevant parties

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of mortgage processing experience
College degree
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of condominiums is a plus
