Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Loan Processor to manage documentation and communication for condo loan projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with various entities to obtain and verify project information and documentation
• Review and analyze project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies prior to submission for project review
• Manage the loan pipeline, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate before submission to the underwriter

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce & Windows
