Condo Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Processor responsible for processing condo and attached PUD loan files for approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and review condo and PUD documentation, submitting complete loan packages to the Condo Underwriting department
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing
• Monitor closing dates and ensure all underwriting conditions are cleared by the underwriter

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of loan industry experience preferred
• Experience processing Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required
