Job Summary

Managing the workflow of condominium insurance documents, the full-time Condo Processing Team Lead will ensure compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators while coordinating with various stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate insurance coverage for homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily condo workflow to meet compliance and performance metrics
• Communicate with condo associations, management companies, and insurance agents to verify information and meet deadlines
• Provide training and mentorship to Condo Processing Specialists, fostering teamwork and effective internal relationships

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a four-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to create and edit spreadsheets and documents
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients on complex issues
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks to meet goals
• Experience in banking, finance, or mortgage lending is preferred
