A company is looking for a Condo Processor to support the loan approval pipeline by gathering and assessing project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan files to provide recommendations on project warrantability
• Communicate with various stakeholders to obtain necessary project documentation
• Track and manage condo approvals to ensure timely closing and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a condo processing role
• Experience working with Encompass
• Experience processing Conforming, Jumbo, and NonQM residential mortgage loans
