Condo Processor

Job Summary

Managing a pipeline of condo and PUD loan files, the full-time Condo Processor will ensure accurate and compliant processing while communicating effectively with sales teams and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and review condo and PUD documentation, submitting complete loan packages to the Condo Underwriting department for approval
• Monitor and ensure that closing dates and company deadlines are met while maintaining a timely flow of loans through the process
• Verify that all underwriting conditions are received and cleared by the underwriter, staying updated on relevant policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of loan industry experience preferred
• Experience processing Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required
