Condo Project Processor

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and file quality, the full-time remote Condo Project Processor will manage documentation verification, communicate with various stakeholders, and ensure project packages are complete for loan processing.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with companies to obtain and verify project information, including condo questionnaires and insurance documentation
• Perform thorough reviews and analyses of project documentation before submission for project review
• Manage the pipeline within allotted turn times and document all communication related to loan applications in the LOS

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Windows
