Condo Project Review Underwriter
Job Summary
Seeking a remote Condo Project Review Underwriter, this full-time position will manage the initial and condition reviews of condo projects for refinance and purchase transactions while ensuring compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Non-QM guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial and condition reviews of condo projects, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines
- Communicate with sales, underwriting, and processing teams to address questions and discrepancies
- Maintain efficient review processes and document detailed notes in the system for each project
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Condo Mortgage Underwriting experience
- Strong technology skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- High-speed internet connection required for remote work
- Self-starter and team player, eager to contribute to departmental success
