Condo Project Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of condo project reviewers, the full-time remote Condo Project Team Lead will manage daily assignments, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and provide solutions for escalated loan-level issues.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of condo and co-op reviewers while managing the review pipeline
• Review and escalate potentially denied condo and co-op project reviews as necessary
• Participate in monthly meetings to discuss recognitions, guideline changes, and training needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of condo review experience
• Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements
• Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
