Review condo documents for loans
Provide condo approval/warranty to align with agency requirements
Analyze condo project documentation and respond to inquiries

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of mortgage underwriting or processing experience
Experience with condo project reviews and documentation
Familiarity with Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac guidelines
Proficiency with Encompass
Able to work independently while meeting production standards
