Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze condominium project documentation and render decisions based on salability to applicable agency guidelines
• Review appraisals to ensure compliance with agency property standards and condo project requirements
• Maintain approval lists, update policies, and respond to Condo Tickets within departmental service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field
• Knowledge and experience in reviewing property types, appraisals, and financial statements
• Experience with FHA/VA/Conventional Agency loans
• Ability to maintain required turn times for condo reviews
• Familiarity with current agency guidelines and policies
