Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Underwriter responsible for reviewing documentation for condominium and cooperative projects to ensure compliance with various guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely underwriting of condominium and cooperative projects
• Maintain lists of approved and declined projects and manage their expiration dates
• Perform legal reviews and determine project eligibility based on financials and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project review experience
• 5+ years of experience with mortgage credit guidelines and policies
• 5 years of experience with FNMA/Freddie/FHA underwriting guidelines
• Experience with investor guidelines
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/VA regulations
