Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Approval Analyst III to review and approve condominium projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve various types of condominium projects, including FHA and VA submissions
• Assist in creating efficiencies in the approval process
• Maintain the condominium project approval database and contribute to team efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of condominium project approval experience
• Understanding of condo project insurance requirements
• Thorough knowledge of conventional condominium requirements and VA submission processes
• Proven ability to contribute to a condo project team at an enterprise level
