Job Summary
Responsible for ordering and managing condominium project documentation, the full-time remote Condominium Project Coordinator will perform pre-reviews for eligibility, track requests, and maintain an organized document library to support the Condo Project Review Team.
Key responsibilities
- Request and obtain required condo project documentation from various sources
- Perform initial pre-reviews to determine eligibility for requested programs
- Upload, organize, and maintain documents in designated systems while providing regular status updates
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, or condo-related workflows preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organization and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Salesforce experience preferred
