Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conduct & Disputes Specialist to assist in managing student misconduct incidents and grievances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, classify, and collect evidence for reports of student misconduct
  • Communicate and coordinate across the University to assess student complaints
  • Document accountability packages and maintain knowledge of university policies
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in higher education or student services/affairs
  • Strong understanding of university policy and higher education regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
