Job Summary

Supporting the planning and execution of global conferences and events, the full-time remote Conference and Events Coordinator will manage logistics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless event delivery aligned with marketing and business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences and events, including registrations, hotel reservations, and transport
  • Assist with planning and executing client events held in conjunction with conferences
  • Maintain conference coordination checklists, timelines, and task trackers for timely delivery of event activities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating events or conferences in a corporate or professional services environment, preferably in healthcare/life sciences
  • Prior experience coordinating with vendors
