Conference Audience Development Associate

Job Summary

To support the development of long-term business relationships, the full-time remote Conference Audience Development Associate will conduct outreach to prospective clients, secure attendance of qualified investors at conferences, and maintain accurate records of client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media to drive engagement and attendance
• Identify and secure opportunities for events while supporting efforts to attract a qualified audience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and identify new business opportunities

Required qualifications

• College degree is preferred
• Advanced English skills in speaking and writing are required
• Professional communication skills with the ability to effectively pitch to C-Level Executives
• Competitive personality with a drive to exceed expectations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
