Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage the scheduling and prioritization of conference calls for quality patient management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule conferences for Network Managers, Medical Directors, internal staff, and customers
  • Work with the management team to prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency and time frame
  • Provide customer service and act as a liaison for internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Strong telephone skills and the ability to prioritize competing needs
  • Ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
