Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage scheduling for team members across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule conferences for Network Managers, Medical Directors, internal staff, and carrier contacts
- Prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency and time frame in collaboration with the management team
- Provide customer service and act as a liaison for internal and external customers, managing high-demand situations effectively
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong telephone skills and ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple customers
- Any combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the functions of the position
