Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage scheduling for team members across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule conferences for Network Managers, Medical Directors, internal staff, and carrier contacts
  • Prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency and time frame in collaboration with the management team
  • Provide customer service and act as a liaison for internal and external customers, managing high-demand situations effectively


Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Strong telephone skills and ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple customers
  • Any combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the functions of the position
