Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage and prioritize scheduling for team members across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule conferences for Network Managers, Medical Directors, and internal staff
  • Prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency and time frame
  • Provide customer service as a liaison for internal and external customers


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Strong telephone skills and ability to prioritize competing needs
  • Any combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the functions of the position
