Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage and prioritize scheduling for team members across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule conferences for Network Managers, Medical Directors, and internal staff
- Prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency and time frame
- Provide customer service as a liaison for internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong telephone skills and ability to prioritize competing needs
- Any combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the functions of the position
