Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage and prioritize scheduling for team members across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule conferences for various stakeholders including Network Managers and Medical Directors
- Work with management to prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency
- Provide customer service and act as a liaison for internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong telephone skills and the ability to prioritize competing needs
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
