Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage and prioritize scheduling for team members across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule conferences for various stakeholders including Network Managers and Medical Directors
  • Work with management to prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency
  • Provide customer service and act as a liaison for internal and external customers


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Strong telephone skills and the ability to prioritize competing needs
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
