Job Summary

A company is looking for a Moderator for a conference on Sustainable Philanthropy and Remittances for Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the public-facing host of the event, welcoming attendees and maintaining energy throughout the program
  • Engage both in-person and virtual audiences, ensuring inclusivity and real-time interaction
  • Facilitate panel discussions and manage Q&A sessions, ensuring smooth transitions and balanced dialogue
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Event Management, Media Studies, Performing Arts, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public speaking, event hosting, or moderating panels, particularly in hybrid or virtual environments
  • Proven ability to engage large and diverse audiences both in-person and online
  • Technically proficient with virtual event platforms and comfortable working with technical production teams
  • Fluency in English and French is required
