Job Summary

Producing high-quality conferences from concept to execution, the full-time remote Conference Producer will conduct market research, develop agendas, secure speakers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure event success.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce assigned conferences, including agenda development, speaker recruitment, and content creation
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and develop relevant conference agendas
• Collaborate with various teams to support event growth and monitor conference performance

Required qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• 3+ years of conference production or related experience in event content development
• Strong research, analytical, and information-gathering skills
• Exceptional written communication skills for developing professional conference content
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management abilities
