Job Summary
Supporting the ACLU President and Board Chair in a full-time, term-limited role, the Confidential Assistant will manage the President's calendar, coordinate engagements, and handle confidential matters while working remotely from a U.S. location.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the President's calendar, prioritizing engagements and troubleshooting conflicts
- Draft confidential correspondence and prepare briefing materials for meetings and events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the President's activities
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in an executive-level support position
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated project management skills in complex, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
