Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Analyst responsible for the configuration and maintenance of business rules in the core processing system.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to configuration designs and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
• Develop and enhance configuration components on relevant platforms
• Identify enhancements to improve efficiency and auto adjudication rates

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of configuration experience within HealthRules, Source, or GuidingCare Platform
• 2+ years of Clinical Systems configuration experience or 4+ years of health insurance experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to interact with individuals of varying technical abilities
• Requires a customer first focus and adaptability to change
