Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Analyst I to analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and support Facets software configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Review change requests for consistency and compatibility with existing systems
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and implement required business functions
• Analyze business requirements and perform system configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit testing

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with business systems or in healthcare, with a thorough understanding of claims processing and billing
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
• Ability to run basic queries and reports
• Willingness to work outside core business hours to meet business needs
