Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Analyst to support the Service Excellence team by maintaining and configuring key organizational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage application access, enter data into core systems, and ensure proper production and service operations
• Design, configure, test, and maintain enterprise applications while providing ongoing support for system effectiveness
• Audit data for errors, resolve configuration issues, and coordinate activities to address customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior business configuration experience in the management of healthcare systems is preferred
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively
• Sound judgment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
