Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Analyst to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the configuration management database and oversee the tracking of configuration items throughout their lifecycle
• Develop and maintain configuration management plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Conduct comprehensive configuration audits and work with stakeholders to resolve configuration-related issues

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX
• Technical knowledge of configuration management processes and tools
• Experience in managing small projects and tracking project progress
• Ability to perform database queries and provide data insights
• Experience working independently with limited supervision
