Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Configuration Analyst, responsible for major system configuration, new health plan implementations, and ongoing maintenance within health benefits administration systems in a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain claim processing system mapping and interface modules
• Analyze business rules related to claim payment and benefit administration
• Implement claim system upgrades and support new client and provider implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the Healthcare or Health Insurance field required
• Experience with health benefits administration systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data security guidelines
• Familiarity with benefit plan mapping and configuration processes
