Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a technical lead for assigned TPA clients, the full-time remote Configuration Analyst II will focus on system configuration, lead implementations, and translate client business requirements into functional specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementations for new and existing clients while serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Translate client business requirements into system functional requirements and operational needs related to client servicing
• Provide ongoing technical support for the Enterprise System and train end-users on system functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2 to 4 years of prior experience in systems implementation
• Knowledge of SQL Management Studio and Transact SQL is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with project management is a plus
