Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure accurate and efficient client setups, the full-time remote Configuration Analyst will manage benefit configurations, validate claims readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and validate client benefit setups, including Benefit Orders and Member Health Plans
• Ensure clients are prepared for go-live by validating claims processing readiness and performing post-go-live audits
• Collaborate with Onboarding and Solutions Managers to execute technical components of client onboarding and changes

Required qualifications

• Experience in system configuration, operations, implementation, or system support roles
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute complex setup requirements accurately
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
