Configuration Analyst II or III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Analyst II or III.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementations for new/existing clients and serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Translate client business requirements into system functional requirements and operational needs
• Provide ongoing technical support, train end-users, and generate data reports as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Level II: 2 to 4 years of related experience; Level III: 5 to 7 years of experience in an analytical role focused on technology
• Knowledge of SQL Management Studio and Transact SQL preferred
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles
• Project Management experience is a plus
