Configuration Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Analyst III with Facets and Automation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and define system configuration requirements, including documentation, design, testing, and implementation support
• Analyze data to address gaps and provide solutions, while managing the status of open issues within the change management system
• Plan and implement software releases, coordinate annual benefit changes, and audit configurations for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of five years of health plan experience, including three years in configuration or clinical editing software
• Exposure to Facets or equivalent system is preferred
• Knowledge of coding languages such as VBA, SQL, Python, or C++ is beneficial
• Certified Medical Coder (CPC) is preferred
