Configuration and Data Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Configuration and Data Manager to support the US Space Force's Space Systems Command.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the consistency, integrity, and traceability of system components throughout their lifecycle
• Track, monitor, and control updates and changes of all configuration items to ensure a reliable source of truth
• Create and maintain configuration baselines while ensuring all changes are documented and compliant with established policies

Required Qualifications

• 8 or more years of professional experience as a Configuration and Data Manager supporting the Department of Defense
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, STEM, or IT from an accredited institution
• Active CompTIA IAT II certification and one or more of the following: GSEC, Security+ CE, GICSP, SSCP, or CCNA Security
• Experience with traceability of designs to requirements and proper identification of system elements
• US Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance
