Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Configuration & QA to support its core business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete standard configuration tasks and adhere to QA processes for client launches
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while generating routine and ad hoc reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to onboarding of new hires

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a configuration or systems analyst role, preferably in healthcare payer or fintech
• Experience with data analytics tools and generating reports
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Looker, and BigQuery
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business intelligence teams
• Strong leadership and effective problem-solving abilities
