Configuration Change Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the single accountable lead for enterprise configuration, change, and release management services, the full-time Configuration Change Manager will manage the full lifecycle of IT/OT changes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance controls
• Coordinate change activities across multiple teams and stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions
• Drive continuous improvement of configuration, change, and release processes to enhance efficiency and transparency

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; active Public Trust or DHS suitability preferred
• Demonstrated experience in configuration, change, and release management within enterprise IT environments
• Strong knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes and federal lifecycle frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8-12 years of experience in IT service management or related roles
