Configuration Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS platform, the full-time Configuration Consultant will tailor systems to meet client needs, translating business standards into technical solutions while collaborating with clients and managing quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client guidelines into effective configurations for the SaaS platform's rules engine
• Lead client meetings to gather feedback and ensure program effectiveness
• Execute internal configuration processes with precision from onboarding to ongoing maintenance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Configuration Analyst or similar role, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Bash, JSON, C#, or similar, with mandatory experience in XML
• Strong understanding of database structures and core software development concepts
• Ability to communicate complex problems and propose innovative solutions to stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to independently drive projects to completion
