Configuration Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Management Analyst to implement and maintain configuration records within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Configuration Information (CI) records within the CMDB
• Coordinate and assist with Configuration Audits and support configuration management tools
• Develop processes and documentation to maintain the integrity of Configuration Records within the CMDB

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related IT field or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience
• Three years of experience in Change/Release Management, CI/CD, automation, and DevOps, or seven years of relevant experience without a degree
• Certifications in Configuration Management, IT Service Management, or Change Management disciplines are preferred
• Experience with IT Service Management tools, Visual Basic, PowerBI, and SQL is preferred
