Configuration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Manager to manage the lifecycle of IT service configurations and ensure operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) to minimize service disruptions
• Generate and review ASI reports and system equipment reports to track maintenance outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding scheduled maintenance and resource management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Management roles, preferably in a DoD or DISA environment
• Active Secret clearance
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification is highly desired
• Proficiency with the DISA Storefront platform and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
• Knowledge of DISA configuration management requirements is preferred
