Job Summary
Overseeing daily operations and tactical execution of benefit configuration, the full-time Manager, Configuration will lead a team of Configuration Analysts to ensure accurate implementation of plan designs and compliance with regulatory standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to Configuration Analysts, ensuring timely execution of tasks and projects
- Ensure accurate build and maintenance of benefit structures and claims payment methodologies while overseeing configuration project priorities
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and support audit readiness through quality assurance processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare benefit configuration or claims system administration required
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or projects required
- Advanced knowledge of medical claims adjudication and provider reimbursement methodologies required
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOC controls) and audit processes required
