Configuration Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Configuration Manager will establish and govern configuration management processes across the VESEE 2.0 program, ensuring integrity and control of software and documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) and manage configuration processes across all software development phases
• Oversee software tracking, version control, and release management activities, coordinating with various teams for deployment readiness
• Facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and ensure compliance with program standards for proposed changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Configuration Management, Release Management, or related disciplines
• Experience developing and maintaining Configuration Management Plans (CMPs)
• Experience supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities in Agile environments
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
