Configuration Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Configuration Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and improve Configuration Management processes, ensuring integrity across hardware, software, and technical data throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and execute Configuration Management activities across hardware, software, and technical data
• Administer and enhance Arena Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workflows and processes
• Lead Engineering Change Order (ECO) workflows and Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities to ensure disciplined change control

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of Configuration Management experience in aerospace, defense, or complex hardware environments
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes
• Proven ability to manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and maintain product traceability
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a production environment
• Strong ability to develop and improve Configuration Management processes while executing detailed CM activities
