Configuration Release Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Configuration Release Manager, the remote position will manage baselines, changes, releases, and deployment coordination for an enterprise Department of Veterans Affairs Pega Cloud modernization effort, ensuring traceability and auditability while enabling Agile delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain configuration and release management plans and procedures
- Establish processes for change assessment, approval, implementation, and verification
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the release execution process
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in configuration management, change management, or release management
- Experience with CCB/CAB processes and change-impact analysis
- Practical knowledge of Agile software delivery and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitHub, and Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
