Key Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration delivery from intake through deployment, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements
• Translate customer requirements into scalable system configurations across multiple platforms
• Maintain accurate system documentation and perform system audits to ensure quality before delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation, configuration, or technical delivery roles
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in high-volume environments
• Experience working with vendors and/or third parties to meet deadlines
