Job Summary

To support customer onboarding and implementation engagements, the remote Configuration Specialist will execute system configuration tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure quality standards while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute system configuration tasks based on documented requirements and implementation plans
• Partner with Onboarding Consultants and Project Managers to complete configuration work within assigned timelines
• Maintain accurate configuration documentation and contribute to improving configuration standards over time

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• Technical aptitude for system configuration and software setup
• Ability to follow defined processes and standards consistently
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat applications
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
