Configuration Specialist - North Carolina

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Specialist-Core Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage configuration, data, and development of claims adjudication rules and workflows
• Support system testing, including writing and performing unit tests and debugging
• Maintain documentation of configuration changes and system setups

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with five years of application support experience, or a two-year degree with three years of experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with five years of relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare insurance claims or enrollment processing is highly preferred
• Knowledge of software development, data analysis, and IT system design processes
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
