Configuration Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team in a full-time capacity, the Configuration Team Lead will manage open issues, develop reports for data analysis, and oversee software releases while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, manage, and document the status of open issues and develop reports to address departmental gaps
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business areas to translate IT specifications and define business requirements
- Lead the development and execution of test plans for benefit designs and system enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Three years of experience as a Configuration Analyst using Facets in the healthcare industry

- Proficiency in analyzing and documenting system effectiveness and efficiency
- Ability to conduct preliminary studies to define needs and assess system design feasibility
