Job Summary

Responsible for confirming and qualifying in-home sales appointments, the full-time Confirmations Specialist will manage schedules, handle confirmation calls, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate schedules for Design Consultants
• Handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls while verifying appointment criteria
• Document appointment updates and communicate schedule changes to sales leadership

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in confirmations, call center, or sales-related roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
