Job Summary
To support new business intake processes, the part-time temporary Conflict Check Analyst will analyze intake requests, review data quality issues, and communicate with attorneys regarding potential risk management procedures, all while working remotely for a contract period of 6 to 8 weeks.
Key responsibilities
- Process and analyze new intake requests for potential, existing, and former clients
- Review data quality issues and communicate with users regarding intake issues and risk management procedures
- Document and facilitate changes to client and matter master data in accordance with policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of applicable experience in conflicts of interest, document review, intake, or corporate law practice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage, and other relevant firm applications
- Knowledge of the American Bar Association's Model Rules of Professional Conduct and California State Bar Association's Rules of Professional Conduct
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, or completion of an ethics course in a paralegal program
- Prior experience as a paralegal, intake coordinator, or conflicts analyst is preferred
